I said at the time that a few corps would have stability 100 and be basically untouched and the other SAPs would be farmed for loot (but as it is now, stability 100 loot, best loot). I'd argue that the problems presented in that thread led to where we are now, where the Intrusion system is basically ignored most of the time.
