Did another lvl 3 mission for a different corp, still no gain. As you can see in the screenshot, it is not reporting any info for the completed assignments.

Yes, some of the new missions are currently bugged, as they won't give standing.
We already found the issue and fixed it.

It should be out with the first hot-fix patch. (soon)

It usually doesn't to be fair.
The rule should be that any change done to the server/client after users have been allowed back in should be documented.

This is not the case.. So before you have your little whine get your facts straight. Many times post update bugs are fixed without letting the players know. If you want to get something fixed, start with that.

the server is still down, so damn what your talking about.

fixes that got not reported and can be made "on the fly" (no serverdown, unly client restart) dont need a patchnote.
fixes that need a serverdown are always get a patchnote.
