Quite simple feature:

Pay X NIC to redesign your character's Avatar (the Avatar system needs an overhaul btw cause it looks crap and outdated).

NIC or dollarz.

And yes. Better avatars would be shiney.

EDIT: also NIC or dollarz for a name change would be nice. I srsly don't understand why no game has that :S

I would only be for it if you could go through someones history and see that they did.

Allowing name and avatar changing would be the same as allowing character resets as people just disappear and change names.

Changing avatars though is acceptable on its own.
