Topic: How long for support email response

I sent an email to the support address over 3 days ago without even an acknowlegdement that my email has been recieved and will be addressed in due time.

It was in regard to a bot loss and in my time zone (GMT +11) I haven't seen a GM or Dev in general chat.

From my experience you get more feedback in the forums if not try in game at another time maybe during weekends.
