At 50 minutes it shifts to left right balance issues. D:

Level 1 decoders now have use via the new Production Assignments!  No need to waste a high level decoder on those.  Nice change by the DEV's I might add.

Great job on the market Lucius, but too short ; )

I think Alex is a great choice for co-host, it's apparent that you two spent lots of time on comms and are very comfortable talking with each other, and that makes the information come through better. Having a 3rd view point is good though, I think Anni had some good points, but the technical difficultes make it hard to follow alot of the balancing stuff.

On the other hand, you did a good job of keeping the subjects moving along, as you really could have had a show on just ERP!

Technical difficulties aside, I think think was one of the best so far, enchanced greatly by Anni's insight into the dev's inner sanctum. Which, btw, having a dev actually on the cast would be great (I know he's asked you guys to do it, so come on, sign up we don't bite....much).

I'd even suggest that the devs could work up a short 2-3 minute prepared text instead of an open forum. It would give us players our desperate info-fix and give them a platform to exlicit stuff from us like they did with the alliance feature.

Agreed, Alexander does a great job as the new co-host!

And to answer a question: yes, we are planning to improve the 10-part tutorials by including the new industrial type assignments, and also to either give players a way to choose their end rewards, or make separate branches for combat and industry.

Awesome work guys, Alexandar seems to be a very good replacement.

Good work keeping discussions on a neutral point of view based on facts as always.

Was a good listen, looking foward to the next.

Looking forward to new players and new conflicts.

Re: Incoming Transmission Podcast Episode #11 - Published

Thanks for this!

I do have to say, that one of the guys was really quiet.  I had to lean really close to my speakers when he was talking.  Just fyi.

Appreciate you guys taking the time and effort to put this together!

Thanks for keeping up the good work and welcome Alexander. Was a pleasure to listen to it on my holiday vacations smile

Can I complain about listening on headphones and being utterly confused about the voices wandering from the center to the far sides all of a sudden? smile

Because we recorded in a lot of different files instead of just a few it meant that each file needed to be processed. Turns out the last file didn't get processed correctly to merge the right and left channel.

It won't happen again!

Is there a T.L.D.H?

Re: Incoming Transmission Podcast Episode #11 - Published

Market is good.
Patches are interesting.
Some balance wasn't expected.
Technical difficulties.
