Topic: Able to pilot over-fitted bot (Reactor)

I am able to undock with this fit and all modules work. In light of reading about other numerical anomalies I believe it is possibly a rounding error but I thought I would share it anyway.

I have since trained Economical Weapon Usage which has brought it down to 140/143.

Rounding issue.
One number rounds up. The other rounds down. So when you have 143.8 Reactor and 143.3 reactor used it rounded it to 144/143 D:
