If i go to refine a stack of 1890 damaged common frgments i only get 1328 iso and 1328 titanium, yet if i recycle them one at a time i get 1 of each. Surely i should get 1890 of each if i get 1 of each per 1 piece of fragment, i have noticed this for a few of the other fragments aswell.
Rounding issues. If you were to get 0.5+ I believe it rounds up. But all those 0.5's Don't add up when you take a multiple stack.
It's a very very bad system. Reported many times but the devs are scared of calculators.
You see the same rounding issues all over production and refining too.

Next patch will change it so that the end results will always be rounded down.
so refining one fragment will result in zero yield
If your efficiency is less than 50%, yes.
