Topic: Bot Re-imbursment for pvp losses
Can we get a definitive answer for bots lost during pvp ops as there seems to be some confusion and disparity on the application of the policy as detailed below
Cases where reimbursements are NOT possible no matter what:
PvP losses, meaning where your robot has been destroyed by another player (as opposed to being killed by NPCs for example).
This to me seems fairly clear and I have personally been refused bots quoting this policy, including ones that have been lost due to server side reproducable errors.
Yet this quote below from Syndic seems to imply that robots were re-imbursed to CIR for losses during a pvp op for server side reproducable error
Nauwy - mega-crash, lost all of our FC's & good chunk of our fleet in the crash when you undocked, got all our bots reimbursed from that.
