I'm planning to build desktop in October. I'd like to have help from any one of you know a lot about computer stuffs.. Please excuse my lack English...

If you're building it in October, and plan on being fairly budget conscious about it and get some nice power, I would actually look at the top of the line right now, because by October that stuff will probably fall to the prices you're looking at right now (maybe not the graphics card, but you could certainly get one better than that by then)

If this is your budget for the computer, you definitely need to think 4 months out in price drops and plan accordingly.

I think the only area your build is missing in is hard drive.  If you dont want to spring for a solid state drive, then at least get 2 (I'd recommend 3 for some redundancy) drives in a RAID going, because the performance gains will be worth it.  I would say 2 500GB and a 1TB in a raid would be ideal, so you could stripe the 500s and then have them mirrored to the 1TB in case anything happens to them.
