I've had a small issue sometimes when using a standard teleporter ( 300k )

Here is the steps to try to reproduce the bug:

1. Make gang outside station
2. Invite your friends BEFORE deploying teleporter
3. Use teleporter
4. Friends can't use teleporter error_membernotInGang
^-- this has happened to me, but sometimes it works.

Try this:
1. Make a gang
2. Deploy teleporter
3. Invite people AFTER deployment of teleporter
4. People can't teleport error_membernotInGang

One of these has had issues.
