Topic: Teleport station animation.

I found out that ICS teleport stations animation has gone. No lightnings, no flashing, no pulsing light.

Same goes with the teleporter at TM that connects to the 2 other alpha islands.

It seems to be a client issue. I can't figure out the variables for it though.
