hmmm so u are saying u were not paying 400-500k for level 5 HM kernals to other corps?

I just want to know approx how many kernals does it take to get to t4 5.5 medium em guns research?

Alex, are they NPC drop or manufactured?
I can only assume they are manufactured and not droped since all the blue mobs i fight drop gauss guns.
This again leads me to belive that the only posible NPC that might drop them is an observer. though i can't confirm this since in not on a blue island.
so can u confirm that they are manufactured.  also do u guystake them to intrusions?  since i do not see them droping as loot from u guys.
