removewwindowborder is hidden as a console command for a reason.

It is not for everyone for a reason and it works for a LOT of people. This is not a feature, it is for OTHER people to test!

Works PERFECTLY for me. The issue you're having is because the game is trying to start in full screen mode. You have to set the client back to window mode and then use the command again. This is because "Boarder-less Window" is considered a variant of full screen rather than window mode. On a multi-screen system this causing issue as starting full screen on a second monitor is not meant to happen. Windows doesn't detect it as being there. Clicking anything will cause it to exit full screen mode.

Well done at looking like a COMPLETE idiot for raging. Gold star. <3

Of course I applied the command when it was in window mode, I ain't the **idiot** you make me out to be you know smile. Besides similar functionality does work pretty well in other games. And my reasoning that it should have been a command line option still holds. It would have saved me for instance a whole lot of trouble as just editing the shortcut would be all that is needed.

I made it out, but only by advanced trickery and manipulation of windows.

I use a multi monitor setup and by disconnecting the screen that perpetuum full screened to while starting perp, then i could change the full screen setting to windowed without the client minimizing on me (windows thought i clicked outside the active full screen display and minimized all programs to facilitate.

This could have something to do with the forced display adapter i use. The smaller display Perpetuum full screened to, is on the same adapter as the display i usually put the windowed client on. I think the code just picks the first display it finds and full screens on that.

Why windows would have the idea that clicking on the full screen client is clicking outside the client is beyond me tho!

Now all i got to do is get all the client settings as they were before, annoying but I can overcome that. THis feature was rushed too fast IMHO!

After a reboot, you have no choice but to reinstall the game as EVERY click minimizes the window !!!

So I used the flushlocal settings command, it flushis everything i want to keep but keeps the problem alive!

ARE YOU INSANE????

I posted for a reason it was better to make this a command line option, now I am *****...thanks a lot!

While I do like the extra range, I think it will be unbalancing and I rather have the effect range on my Nexus modules back!

Obviously, small bullets and other ammo with range modifiers, might have undergone similar changes.

Regardless of the level of these extensions, all nexus modules have an effective range of 100m! sad

Shouldn't we wait with any more changes until we have a stable server again?
I think the developers have enough on their mind as it is, today comes first tomorrow is far in the future!

I would love this option too!

And why not make it a command line option as was done with the multiple graphic cards support?
That way it is persistent out of the box and tunable per client smile.

I so agree with the OP!
