Well I won't be wasting anymore of your precious time.
For me it's just too much hassle. Sorry.

Goodbye and good luck.

I really mean that. I hope the game is a success.

1) I play this game (and others) for fun - nothing else - just for fun.
This is important - see below.

For the last few days I either haven't been able to login or have suffered
mutilple disconnects. I know that this is not the fault of the Devs or those
who run the service on their behalf. But...

See point 1)

It not much fun ATM sad Between the DDOS attacks, low population, slow pace
of development, ...

So I am torn between sympathy for the Dev team and GMs and the fact that the DDOS
attack in particular is causing so much hassle. But - see point 1) above.

I have 3 account which I have continued to sub for about 7 months. I have only about 20 days
left on my subs and I'm realy wondering if it's worth continuing.  sad
I like the game, more importantly I think the game has huge potential. In fact it could be stunning. But...
If it's a hassle then point 1) kicks in again and the subs don't get renewed.

Armpit.

PS. For those who regard this as a whine - sorry. It's not ment to be.

I have no idea how any of these could be implemented or what game balancing
would be required - I'm not a game designer; I'll leave that to the experts. smile

Terrain:
Make the terrain effect the speed and manoverability of the bots. It should be slower
going uphill for example, faster on concrete, swamp-like terrain somewhere in between.
Perhaps allow bots to maintain speed going uphill by burning accumulator? I suppose you
could free-wheel down hill and recharge the accumulator?

Hoverbots:
I don't mean flying bots but hovercraft instead of tracks or wheels. Coupled with the
terrain mods the hoverbots would still slow down going up hill but would maintain speed
on swamp-like ground. Then add more lakes to the islands and allow the hoverbots to skim
across the lakes or perhaps even go around the inland shore of the islands.
