Topic: Extension upgdade

Raising it from 6 to 7 still shows old warning that you wouldn't be able to downgrade it back, which is, with the new system, actually, not true. Let's not confuse our beloved newbies and change it to "you will be only able to downgrade it for premium credits" or sorta.
