Topic: Zoom, the API for killmails needs a Delay.

I know I have asked before, but the Sequer.nl is showing stuff instantly.  It needs a delay.  ~15 minutes.

According to Gargaj it does have a delay and it's even 15 minutes too.

Gargaj lied to you.  Test it have Beastmode kill you and then goto sequer.nl and click killboard

I did disable the killboard delay a few months ago, also because perp-kill doesn't have a real one either (if you looked at an agent's sheet it did show all relevant details anyway).
