Hey, Zoom and whoever else... this much talked about Steam release is less than a month out.
Can we, the current players, get some idea about what you're planning?
Is nothing at all going to change other than a cheap seed to Steam? A wipe all? Some other mechanic to convince nuubs to stick around? Mission adjustments?
What? Please?
Can we get a blog about what is going to come when Steam turns the drip of new players into a trickle?
"Steam release is less than a month out" is just wishful thinking by the players, no hard date has been published by us yet. This also applies to any other speculation. If we don't deny something that doesn't make it true. The legend of the full wipe when Steam comes is a good example (no, there won't be one). Any new information about the Steam release will be published once we have any new information in the first place.
Few patches need to happen before Steam for it to have any lasting effect. Wouldn't expect Steam before winter.
There's still plenty to do even with low pop btw.

Dev zoom said in general chat that steam release will be a month late. and it was stated prior that it would be by the end of summer... your looking at 2monts minimum... he also said this week a blog would be posted outlining mission/tutorial rework and steam release
