Why do we need it
10 sparks teleports are not enought , need more.

^^ Not a bad idea. I would also give a really high multiplier, 12, 15 even higher if necessary.

^^^ Agree, would be nice to step up all skills one notch i would love to see
* Expert robot control
* Advanced (racial) robot control
And many others but i think the requirements for these Expert Level Skills skills should be having level 10 of the previous.
actually all tiered extensions should work that way, that you need to finish the first one to even start the next one.
and ofc, with adjusted costs.
the current basic, advanced and expert extension progression does not ADD complexity, only making it complicated to plan progression without external tools (perp planner).
but hey, i think there is a reason why this is limited to 10 sparks.
I think 10 is plenty.. im sure they dont want us to be able to teleport to all the terminals

Cause after some lineup changes in the roster, sh*t doesn't get implemented at a whistle anymore.

not that keen on this. Feels like a free TP beacon to anywhere for players with enough time in game to have unlimited resources at their disposal.
There will be no running away from long term players as they'll just jump to the next closest point and cut you off; territoriality will be undermined even further, throw in Gate Spy Alts, proximity beacons and TS co-ordination and getting off Alpha will be suicide. This is good for roaming ganks but bad for long term development.
And i thought the goal of the DEVs was to not have "station/docking games" in perp.

implementation - almost as easy as copy&paste a few lines - yet will never happen (hopefully, as many already pointed out)
look - a spark with a harvesting bonus would be even less work...
