Topic: Ammo Manufacturing

Hey i love the game so far, just have question regarding RE.

What kind of skills do i need to do "Reverse Engineering" to make ammo ?
- I got the a Level 2 and 4 decoder an so on... but i cant figure out whats missing hmm

You need to have a stack of 1000 of the appropriate ammo type.... as they are produced in batches of 1000
