Topic: Launcher extensions missing

Hello, i have just returned to the game after a long time to find i cannot use my medium launchers as my skills which i had befor have been reset back to not having them, can some one explain to me why they took them away? and have they reset any other skills?

We have removed "Advanced ballistics" from every character due to this change, and reimbursed EP and NIC for it.
