melee is very awkward. not sold on the "can't play a char that died for 1 hour" feature too. Just seems to slow down the fun. I understand why it is in place.

I can make 5 chars if u can't brake up the death timer between 5 chars then u can delete said char and recreate

Yeah I did that. Just seems weird to me. If I can delete a dead char, create a new one and jump back into the game then why have the 1 hour wait?

i have given this game a try aswell. its not bad

  yep .. considering i was getting an average 10 - 20 min game play on each i was just rotating through em all nite .. think the longest stretch of gameplay before ctd or gank was half hour .. fun game only expect it to get better as it develops

Spiked bat violence since it opened up!



I have about 6-8 weeks in DayZ and I am a bit surprised how much I am enjoying hitting everyone with a Hammer.

So far its a thumbs up from me -




I started using some of the Uzis I got and man this game is gonna be looking-for-ammo-online.  sad

That clip went in 3 seconds and it was back to spiked bat.

If I can delete a dead char, create a new one and jump back into the game then why have the 1 hour wait?

  i think once ya get some xp on a character then its worth the hour wait . but other then that toons ya just blast through to jump in a get game time are just dispensable

They upped the spawns of ammo today and the cash stack drops from Zeds.

Its party time now!

I got all these guns with no clips until now.

Patch today removed almost all crashes (3 crashes in about 6 to 8 hours of gameplay \o/ ); and brougth massive waterspawns, no thirstproblem anymore, even hunger is getting worse now!
Also you find a lot more weapons, but a lot less (almost no) ammo and can't take ammo out of weapons you found to reload others. Also you are not able to pickup crossbowbolts again which makes them useless if you only find 1 bolt sad
Other than that: Great fun!

glad I farmed lots of guns before that big change; it was expected though and now *** just got real
