if your facilities are high enough, the CT quality is the least important factor in the whole equation.
I suppose you can use Chaos production terminal, which has 375pt factory + 50pts relation + 120pts extensions = 545pts fixed
the Material cost difference from CT with 150pts to CT with 0pts:
150pts = 106.29%
100pt = 0.42% more
50pt = 0.9% more
0pt = 1.46% more (=107.75%)
look at the worst CT: its less then 10% off of the listed components.
The old system was stupid, because you could build stuff for LESS materials then listed, and recycling had to be adjusted to never return you less materials then that. It was less realted to the actual production requirements then now.
Also, the recycling rate had to be less then 50% if you could build stuff for 50% of the listed components.
Now recycling 100% means 100%, and production efficiency 100% also means 100%. as i stated earlier, its just missing that your production efficieny can be calculated and displayed by any idiot in an excel spreadsheet, but not by the game itself
