Topic: Permission for screenshots and content.

I would like to start transferring some of the Perpetuum content via screenshots and gameart to my private website. As this is for personal (private), and "Corporate" use I would not be breaking any copyrights or laws without asking but still would like to gain the endorsement of a Perpetuum affiliate so I don't feel like I am doing wrong posting this content.

As long as you're not passing off the screenshot as your creation or any fan-art as your idea then it's all good. Screenshots are allowed and you can post them anywhere, always have been able to. There never was a NDA for this game.

I heard you guys were making a tutorial website. As long as you don't copy/link anything directly from this sites (Such as backgrounds and images) and put a disclaimer that the items shown in the images was not created by you but instead was created by Avatar Creations then all should be above board.
