since gamma expansion its even more obvious:

1. can we please get filter for:
- show and load only the island im on
- show and load only the islant im on and all directly connected

2. loading priority for the island im currently on

loading time of the worldmap is so horrible long since gamma expansion, and for some strange reasons, the island i just want to have a glimpse on is the last one that does even show up...

in 99% of the cases i open up the map, its just to find the shortes route to the neighbor island, or to find out where that teleport leads that is close to me (not shown on minimap). Having to wait for the whole worldmap to load is kinda anoying...
