Im almost sure its already modeled, textures done, bot caracteristics written somewhere (i think the anim job is not the hardest with this bot). Thank the damn multitile engine limitation that we dont have it ingame now

Tbh about multitile, i dont think they made so much research about it, more like they got around the problem by implementing gliders.... wich is a bad decision imo.

It would seem your right in saying this. I hope once PBS is out & once it is running to a standard the devs are happy with, i hope multitile mechs are next on the drawing board or at least up there on the list

hmmm, afaik this should be GD or Q&A not feature request...
aside from that, the Tank up there is a "platform"-concept. AFAIK "Destroyer" was the size class above mechs (bots, mechs, destroyer). logically they would also have two iterations.
And its probably 200% easier to implement the "Platform" then the linked "walker" because it wont need a complicated turning-animation, and it has a square crossection, which means the server doesnt need to know the direction its facing to calculate on which tile its located (thats important for impassable terrain and los calculation).
The Shiva Walker on the other hand is slim and its facing direction will matter for "realistic" LoS and well, turning animations. This class wont be implemented until the whole game engine got a revamp to support turning rates, acceleration and well... multi-tile entities regarding LoS and obstacles.
PS.: if you wonder what a platform is - count the individual weapon-mounts on the seraph
Light -> Assault -> Mech -> HMech -> Walker -> Destroyer
So both Shiva and Seraph are Thelodica, just different classes.
Upd: BTW will be good to see other two races concept-art and names
