Topic: mana replenishment

I was thinking about something similar like sitting in some MMOs for mana replenishment and it occurred to me that it could be used to recharge battery in Perpetuum.

My concept is simple, battery recharge depending on how fast your robot running. When you reduce speed in half you get 10% bonus when you stop you get 20% bonus to acc recharge.

Already existe its caled accumulator, and ... the accu refill a little fast, just fews seconds without using it and have full filled
