They drain some energy, and it's adding to your accu, however, mobs seems don't feel it. Neutralisers are working fine tho. Using noth of them together can give very funny picture - you neut last 6 points from poor mob accu and after a second drain says 30*2 from the same bot. Tested on different size and tier drainers, with different bots.
