Topic: Recharge State

1. Robot sits down
2. After 10 sec(depends on bot size) all unnecessary modules, parts are disabled, making the bot extremely vulnerable against pew pew.
3. Decrease recharge time by 100%
4. Once the bot is fully recharged or you start moving, it takes 30 sec(depends on bot size) to online all modules and make the bot fully functional again.
