We need more missions like tutorial assignments, but with story and interesting loot. Solo/team based.
Random "boss" monsters...
Random teleports to pve islands(instances) - even on pvp area to encourage little pvp.
Standard things in modern mmo.

Endless grind in same area will not be fun for long.
