Discovered something irritating regaring Remote Armor Repair extension & Module

I currently have the extension @ level 5 which would result in a 15 % decrease of accumulator usage of remote armor repair modules

I have a Termis equipped with 2 x small, 1 x medium T1 remote armor repairers

Opening the item info from the market, the accumulator usage is:

65 AP for small
330 AP for medium

Getting info on the equipped modules, shows these values in the info window (NOT highlighted in blue i.e. no skills applied):

70 AP for small (should be 55.25)
350 AP for medium (should be 280.5)

Starting the cycle reveals, that these values are used. This is an actual increase in accumulator use and shouldn't be the intended functionality of the extension. I'm not sure wether a different level of remote armor repair has influence on the accumulator usage of rr modules?
