I was really impressed by the badges system for mentoring new players in particular. If you are new you get a mentor just the same as being a friend in game then if he teaches you well you can rate him/her.

I know this is a time based skilling game and I would always like for it to remain that way, but having a badges system to unlock maybe different coloured bots or to gain standing whilst helping others can keep you motivated. There could be many different ways this could be implemented, without touching our time based skill system of course.
