Topic: Account reset

I started the game a few days ago as Asintec cause i wanted to try out lasers. Today i deleted my character and restarted as Truhold. When i log in my EPs are at -1,920 with a total of 22,409.
Is this how its suppost to be cause i thought the 1st reset was free with np penalties, -1,920 EPs is over 31 hours wait till positive EPs.

you didnt reset, you have just deleted your agent.

a reset is more then that.

You have to push the actual "reset" button once all of your characters have been deleted. The negative EP will be refunded once you do.
