This is a small change that would remove a lot of the annoying time i spend waiting for my alt to become a full member after joining my corporation (so i dont have to do credit transfers between characters instead of using the corp wallet for example).

Suggestion
When you make a new member that is still in the trial period a Deputy CEO the trial period gets removed and you become a full member of that corporation.

Or even better. Make the trial period for new members optional and make it so you can set for how long it should last. 24/28/72 hours and so on.
