Battle log stops logging "mining events" when no active combat is happening.

If you were in combat, you get "No ressources on tile" "no space" etc. messages in the log which i find quite usefull.

If you were not in combat for some time (some minutes) it stops logging those events.

The combat log doesn't log the same message multiple times. It's annoying. The same thing happens for each time you miss a target.

It would be nice if the combat log would just log all events and not check to see if the event is already the last entry in the log.

+1 this keeps annoying me as I do not know: Did 2 shots hit the dirt or only 1?
