Topic: I was killing a NPC Bot

And he ran right through the wall of a structure heading to his spawn area. I hope this isn't supposed to happen, because i didn't see any place to put EP in, to let me go through walls.

This is not a bug actually. It happens when an NPC gets stuck somewhere far from its spawn point and eventually the AI decides that it can't get back home and uses this "cheat". Yes, it's not a pretty solution, more like a workaround.

Well poop, as he did this maneuver he reached in my cargo and stole a MK2 Mesmer, can i get it back.

Heh. NPC's return function allows them to go over, through and under pretty much anything until they get back there where they want to be. Don't pull a spawn more than 500m from their spawn and you usually won't see this happening. Sucks killing them halfway up an impassable mountain.
