What are exactly the difference between factory lvl 1-2 or 3 ?
the exactly % please. there is no data on help or forum of this.

Material doesn't change. That's certain.  Due to the way the calculs are handed, you might see a 1 unit difference... but that's it.

Time and money are reduced by 10-12,5% per level.

they all adding facts:

- its only time reduction (as the ingame help will tell you)
- time is money: less time, less NIC (as the ingame help tells you, if you can understand it)
- ~10% is the known difference

- standing has influence on material AND time
