It seems that after I got two ranks into Logistics Specialization the payout went down.
18k mission now pays 17,784.
9k mission pays 8892
13.5k mission pays 13,338
Anyone else getting this?

Did your corp by any chance raise the tax rate? The simplest solution is usually the correct one.
