That's probably a gamma base which is not publicly visible.

so zoom - why can't i see that gamma terminals name, even though i have full access rights, and assets there?

You see gamma base names of hidden bases only when you have not only docking rights, but also building rights.
I put this in ticket several years ago and devs considered this as how it should be.

if you have building rights, you see it on the map, then you also see the name.

its probably a result of the stupidity of 100m+ tall buldings disappearing from your sight as soon as they are out of your "detection range". (because they are basicly "npcs")

future robots are made with the memory of a fly...

i would at LEAST expect a visibilty setting that makes terminals visible for corp members and all those who have docking rights.

after all, gamma is broken anyway...

I might have a similar issue with items in lost terminals making it appear as {n/a} althought it shoudl be destroyed.
