sure, but AFAIK, it doesnt really matter... those toast message ALWAYS introduce a "kind of LAG" (hell, don't ask me which kind)

for myself its not as hard as for the usual suspects

besides the Lag, it's really annoying to have a popup in the middle of a fight. Even if not in PvP
