the credits dont ever leave the system. I have seen many an officer fit navy apoc go down to a single armor cane in low sec space simply becasue the apoc thought he could P2W

Features can't be added by just looking at a one side of the coin. NIC is more valuable to new players and veterans farm it faster. New player having the ability to leech of veteran's farming capacity just by tossing out € is game-breaking.
