what happened to the nice visuals of deploying concrete?
two weeks ago when i used them, all tiles that didn't have concrete on got plastered with a little dust cloud effect,
now its just fading in, hardly ever visible on non-green ground.
Before yesterday I experienced that, so maybe a temporary bug.

concrete decays outside of base...
erosion works only outside of base...
i don't think you can bake youre Terraforming with concrete, as logical that would be.
you should also consider, that highways overrides concrete with their own version. if the highway vanishes, the concrete is also gone.
the concrete pop-up effect is definitely missing on the desert gamma island.
