One client 57.963 ms and grow to 100.000+ ms, and the other client 265 ms. I think your hosting routers have a problem.

And one client cant dock by "error_PlayerNotFound", and the other client can dock and undock without problems.
In the console, the game is printing continuosly scrolling lines saying:

That say me that i'm activating like 100 autopilots at the same time.
Smell like a thread/stack problem in your C++.
Driving manually to terminal and docking, the only problem is i need to wait 1 or 2 minutes (50.000 ms lag).
