Thread necro because I still like to get the feature to have a user defined note on corp account deposit transactions.

Indeed it would be also nice to have this on agent2agent transactions.

When doing transaction on or from corporate accounting I would like to have the possibility to add a note to the transaction for the transaction log file. The field itself is anyway included in the transaction log so it should be not the much to include it.

If we're in this topic I just want to ask if it is really a bug, if NPCs drop other equipment than they use. In that case I could report more bugs, but considered that up to now as feature to keep several items "rare loot"

The logfile of the storage contains the entries in random order.
Together with the fact that sort and save of logfile works only page wise is it complete usesless at the moment to look for something in logfiles.

Actually I agree that it would be nice, if mining would provide an ability to change from passiv mining to active mining with increase on efficiency. I mean, this post is written, while my miner is standing on ground. And beside checking all the time, that I'm still on a good plate I could do nothing active for mining during this time. On Beta Island there is at least some constant danger but on alpha you just choose whether to mine safe or withing NPC  and that's it.

There is no trade-off that would force me constantly taking active part in the mining.
A fighter could not choose to place bot, than go drinking coffee for 10 mins until coming back to replace mining plate and afterwards read the forum.
Actually I like this possibility to mine while checking mails and reading forums, especially in the morning hour before work but there should be an reward for those who mine "full-time" active.

Concerning efficiency: I see great differences between a new miner and an experienced one with decent equipp. And you need several days until you even could use a Termis with 4 medium mining module without spending any ep on getting more minerals/time

bah, they moved from a seed economy to a sustainable one... and I feel the pain too the same as everyone, but making enough nic every week to pay for an endless supply of the best gear the game had to offer was ultimately moving towards a dead end.

In fact I agree, there are important changes to economy necessary to avoid having everybody using end-game equipp after few weeks.

Problem is, a) the "Old" corps allready have full stocks, so they don't care much about that change for the next weeks
b) that a gang of T4 equipped PvPler rules and therefore "new" players will never have a chance to come to a point where they can compete with equippment.
A 5-man Corp gets no chance to mine epitron and therefore has no reasonable access to the bots necessary to compete. Especially since the modification on EW-Mech neding Epitron and T4 equip needing Noralgis. This means the new player are forced to work as "slaves" for the old and established corps on beta for a long time to be on a compareable equipment level which would allow them to participate in PvP on a reasonable base.

To get this corrected you should not start with reducing access to T4 equip, but reduce effectiveness of the available equipment and introduce new  equippment which is really rare, so the gap between new corps and old corps closes instead of growing any further.

It is not good for the game if a player after 2 months has still no chance participating in the most part of the game without beeing either full member of an old corp or participate as silly target.

So how bad is Perpetuum in comparison? Will picking a 2:1 indie > combat spark make me absolutely useless in PvP forever and ever or will it be manageable I just won't be great aka EVE? Will the industrial advancement be stupidly slow even if I concentrate on industrial alone with an industrial>combat spark? I figured the presence of hybrid sparks indicates they're viable to some extent, unless they're just there for tryout purposes.

Actually even a pvpler might need a lot of skills that are not fighting oriented (Nexus are major financial, you need technical skills for more akku, better repair, more hp, better cpu usage...) . So in first it might be not that bad.

But there is no 2/3:1/3 possible. The first two selections are way more than 2/3. The last two are only finishing touches (1/6 I guess together). I think it is worse to split the first two choices but not that deal to vary in the last two.
