That is called an indemnification clause. Many contracts have them.

And, like many other parts of the EULAs, it's unenforceable.

I run perp out of a ramdisk setup, much like I did eve.

I have considered swapping it to the SSD and seeing which runs better.

Each instance of the game (up to four for now) gets it's own ramdisk and it runs pretty damned well sitting at 60FPS with each instance in it's own monitor.

But this is with two i9s and 2x295 and 16GB of ram. :toot:

It's not "your" island until you can own it.


Once you can own it then I can see being able to remove the invul and set it to a timer ala eve.


But, again, this isn't eve and shouldn't be forced to be eve in robots.
