I had my problem resovled, thanks to Dev Gargaj for helping me out with this.
I downloaded and installed a free vpn service called Hotspot shield and resolved the issue with the bad routing to my country.

I was expecting the lag to improve after the patch has been implemented but it has not. I have been getting N/A consistantly, and the only thing I can do is teleport in and out of terminal to see if the lag has improved. Even when entering a terminal, I can get disconnected! I have 4 accounts all with 1 year subscription and I really hope there is someone who can help me with this problem.

For the past few days, it has become impossible for me to play. I get NA status for a few hours and I can't even move to a teleporter properly. The game was playable for me until Sunday, wonder what was changed? I'm situated in Singapore.

I think it is fair to have an ep refund option for the first 2 weeks or 1 month of playing via an account wipe. Not every new player who enters this game is already familiar with the game mechanics. This way, it will give players the chance to explore different weapons and factions before finally settling on one for good.
