To reproduce:
- Run out of charges, grab more from can and "reload" -> random charges get loaded.

Miners seem to "forget" what charges they're using if they get deactivated at 0.

Request: Add big plume of black exhaust smoke when you start moving after standing still for a while. It's just not complete without one sad

[alt+enter] and quick switching helps, but fake fullscreen is nicer.

Make alt+enter toggle decorations and maximize on current screen instead of switching to real fullscreen mode on main monitor. Would be awsome.
