Topic: Client issues

hi, big_smile
i have a couple of questions about the client.

1. the client takes loads of time to log into game, that from the connection screen through the char screen and to the game world. (about 5-10 min).

2. the perpetuum icon when i launch the game asks for administrator permissions, something about changes to my computer...

are these issues know, can i fix this stuff somehow?

1. When you manage to log in, can you actually play the game normally?

from time to time after the long wait it just stucks and losses connection, but if it is stable the in-game runs smooth.
