Remove sparks if terminals are unlocked. Think it would be an ok balance. Most people have multiple combat accounts but do they have 30?

You do not understand the ramifications that this would unlock.

This only adds to the problems of persons not in the blob.

Ever heard of gate camping?  Now think of station camping, only worse.

As long as homestations can only be set on Alpha, it's fine. When someone dies he'll be teleported to Alpha, impossible to hellcamp players to stations.

Yes, of course. Sparks would have to go too. I think just for balance's sake, Gammas do need to have 1 Spark.

if the locks go sparks have to go with it. If sprks go locks dont have to go but they should.

Sparks do seem like the main issue. So, what if stations weren't lockable, but only owners could actually spark into them. This would mitigate many of the potential griefing tactics that have been brought up here while finding a middle-ground in the currently existing system.

aside from a few occasions, this game has been nothing but small scale pvp for years.

id like saps turned into sieges for bigger battles and the sap loot system turned into loot drops and capture points for loot to encourage more small scale fights.

but asking for a major change like this, to encourage the only type of pvp found in this game currently is not something I would support.


if you seek the super fair number fights, get some buddies to do some alpha pvp or something...lord knows your allies need the training.

Its the place where we would be expected to use so we use a different island. If all the terminals were unlocked I would be partial to Karapyth or maybe brightstone. They have such nice green grass there.

I do try but I dont have much time to hit saps now that I am back to work full time and the other guys in my small group arent too hardcore about the game either. We just like to go look for a fight when we are online but its hard to do when the hour or two a night we have to play is spent getting sap times for when we wont even be around to show xD.

Would really like some sort of 3 minute public countdown for incoming intrusions. Gives people a moments notice to try and be at a sap but if you are really serious about the sap you would have probed it much longer before hand and been there very early. I hate having to guess when saps are. Spreadsheets only make for metagaming, would rather just catch people by surprise or farm containers if no one shows.

See this is what is wrong with your "coalition".  I would further elaborate more on how to fix your problem but that means I would have to care about you and since your now allied to STC and Joke, I don't.
