Topic: Please increase the Instability timer for bots when they log in

When bots log off then log in, on terrain, the Instability timer is very short, allowing them to instajump with mobile teleporters.

This has been exploited for a very long time.

just a guess,
but it might be that someone places down an armored teleporter as soon as his "sensors" detect impending danger. then he savelogs (2minutes) until his stopwatch tells him that the teleporter is ready to use (3minutes) and logs back in, uses the teleporter to escape while under syndicate protection.

I'm really starting to think you are terrible at PvP. Is it that hard for you to get a kill nowadays?

So you think logging off should be a valid tactic to avoid a TP spoolup?

Re: Please increase the Instability timer for bots when they log in

Might be time for these armored beacons to be culled from the game.

Re: Please increase the Instability timer for bots when they log in

There are several exploits related to logoff/login instability that this addresses.

Adding 15 second to the timer would be sufficient.

The current mechanic is broken.

What you described is one of about 4 techniques that need to be addressed which I cant say here because I am not here to educate *** on how to be bigger ***.
