Topic: NPC order burnoff

I have read notes that when NPC buy orders are filled, their prices will slowly drop.

Is the inverse true for NPC sell orders?  When people buy those up, will the prices there slowly rise?

I thought thats what ppl meant by 'forcing' order price down?
